We’re so excited to share this news with you – we've won a Feefo Trusted Service Award for our customer service in 2024!

The Feefo Trusted Service Award is a stamp of approval when it comes to delivering excellent customer service. It shows that we’re putting customer service at the heart of what we do and is a recognition of our continued dedication to our customers. At a time when consumers are cautious with their spending to remain resilient to economic uncertainty, that’s a significant win.

To win this award, we had to collect at least 50 reviews between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023 and achieve a Feefo service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4.
