Beechfield Healthcare are Delighted to Announce Partnership with ALONE

Beechfield Healthcare is delighted to announce its partnership with ALONE, the charity that supports older people to age at home.

The partnership will involve financial and organisational support from Beechfield Healthcare which will enable both organisations to work together on their shared ethos of supporting people to live at home for as long as possible.

ALONE offer a range of services to support older people age at home. These services include Support Coordination, where they work with older people who are facing challenging situations and need extra support to age at home. ALONE also provide a Befriending
