Celebrating The Occupational Therapy Global Day of Service (OTGDS) 2022

Occupational Therapy Day was first launched on 27th October 2010. Since then, it has become an important date in the occupational therapy calendar to promote and celebrate the profession internationally.

The Association of Occupational Therapists of Ireland describes an OT as an expert at assessing how different health conditions can affect people's abilities and helping them to overcome or work around the difficulties that are affecting their daily occupations and roles.

Here at Beechfield Healthcare, we have always recognised and acknowledged the important role that Occupational Therapists carry out in the support and care of those less fortunate to be ill or suffer from any number of debilitating conditions, be they child or adult.

Over the years we have fostered close relationships with OTs the length and breadth of the country and we can attest to the great work that OTs do in our communities. As OTs celebrate Occupational Therapy Global Day of Service, we want to add as a footnote to this day that we will continue to support the OT community across the country through our people and best-in-class products. Thank you for your continued support and business.
