Beechfield Healthcare are Delighted to Announce Partnership with ALONE

Beechfield Healthcare is delighted to announce its partnership with ALONE, the charity that supports older people to age at home.

The partnership will involve financial and organisational support from Beechfield Healthcare which will enable both organisations to work together on their shared ethos of supporting people to live at home for as long as possible.

ALONE offer a range of services to support older people age at home. These services include Support Coordination, where they work with older people who are facing challenging situations and need extra support to age at home. ALONE also provide a Befriending & Support service, BConnect training and technology, and a Housing support service, which provides homes to older people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and need a level of support.

Speaking at the partnership launch, James Gargan, Commercial Director for Beechfield Healthcare said,

“We met with many excellent charities who do amazing work, but ALONE were the perfect match. ALONE work with older people to coordinate the practical and personal supports needed to live independently, and independent living is core to what we do at Beechfield Healthcare”.

“This initiative enables us to leverage our experience in the provision of quality Independent Living equipment to support the extensive ALONE community nationwide“, he continued.

Speaking at the announcement, Seán Moynihan, CEO of ALONE, said,

“We are delighted to have the opportunity to partner with Beechfield Healthcare and look forward to working with them in the coming months. Mobility and health difficulties are some of the top reasons that older people come to ALONE for support.”
