Introducing the iWALK Free 2.0 Hands free alternative to crutches

Hands free mobility for lower leg injuries has arrived!

Here at Beechfield Healthcare we take advancements in quality healthcare equipment very seriously. We are always on the lookout for the latest developments in mobility aids because we believe that everybody should have access to affordable products that help improve quality of life. That is why we are so excited about our new arrival – the I WALK 2.0.

Ideal for lower leg injuries

If you have an ankle or foot injury you now have the option to leave the crutches behind. The iWalk 2.0 was initially designed for sports people who had injured themselves but did not want to lose out on training and team events.

Since then the iWalk 2.0 has piqued the interest of people from all walks of life. Whether you spend your day coaching on a football field or working in an office the iWalk 2.0 could be suitable for you.

Can I use the iWALK?

The iWALK2.0 works for most people, but not everyone.  Regardless of age, if you can pass these physical ability tests, you should be able to use the iWALK2.0.

  • You have average strength and balance
  • Can you balance on one foot for a full 30 seconds?
  • You could walk normally without a limp, shuffle, etc.
  • You could go up or down stairs without requiring a handrail for balance or support.

If you cannot do these things, then iWALK probably will not work for you and a knee scooter or crutches would be a safer option.

Handsfree crutches

The iWALK gives you full use of your hands unlike using crutches which means walking up or down the stairs has just become a whole lot simpler! A lower leg injury shouldn’t mean that you have to miss out on your usual activities. The iWalk 2.0 minimises the disruption caused to your lifestyle when you have suffered a foot or ankle injury.

Quick & simple assembly

You can assemble it at home without requiring any tools, it is affordable and it gives you pain free mobility.

We recommend that you spend at least 5 – 20 minutes allowing your body to adapt to the iWalk 2.0. Using it is easy and intuitive after you take a few minutes to adjust to it.
